Booking Terms

2.Deposit of 30% to confirm the reservation. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

4. Stay minimums:

•Low season: 4 nights

•High season: 7 nights

5.All rates are non-refundable.

6.Reservations are only considered confirmed after payment of the agreed amount and receipt of the confirmation email.

7.Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Casas da Areia in writing or by email as soon as possible.

Any complaint regarding the houses must be brought to the attention of the house management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to Casas da Areia in writing at [email protected]
